Black Cod with choclo corn, shitake, aji panka, miso glazed.
This fish was So tasty and really tender. The mashed potatoes on the side was a nice side dish too. I wish my sister and I hadn't split this in half; I probably could've had two servings of these on my own.
Arroz con Pollo, chicken breast, chaufa rice, scallions, piquillo pepper.
I rarely order chicken at restaurants because I feel like it almost always comes out too dry, chewy, or tasteless. This chicken didn't disappoint though, it was tasty and went well with the rice. Although what doesn't go well with rice?
The service was quite decent for our party of 16. They forgot one of our appetizer orders, but it was forgivable, as we placed so many drink/appetizer/entree/dessert orders that it was pretty chaotic. My only semi-complaint is that the restaurant was way too dark. I'm all for romantic, candlelit restaurants, but it was so dark that I couldn't really see my food. (Thus the semi-blurry pictures).
