San Francisco: Fantastic Lunch at Rotunda in Neiman Marcus

Rotunda is such a beautiful restaurant and the food is consistently delicious. The menu includes calorie counts on all items, which is helpful.

Rotunda is on the 4th floor of Neiman Marcus, one of the best department stores in the city!

Gorgeous skylight in the restaurant.

The view of union square from our table.

Lobster bisque $9. Quite thick and creamy.

Grilled lemon shrimp and romaine hearts with quinoa, goat cheese, asparagus, pine nuts, and pomegranate vinaigrette $24. Such a great salad with so many interesting additions to it.

Roast turkey Italian melt: one-half foccacia, roast turkey, mozzarella, grilled pepper, arugula, pesto, with a small green salad $17. The most tender turkey meat you can imagine on the freshest foccacia. I could easily eat this everyday.

Afternoon tea set $35. The scone was buttery and fresh. I don't think I tried anything else from the set.
