Birthday Lunch at The Spotted Pig

I'd been craving a burger for weeks, so after a lot of research, I decided to go to The Spotted Pig to try the roquefort burger. The British style pub is small and welcoming, with colorful and vintage decor.

The restaurant's quite small, so be prepared to wait!

The walls were covered in pictures of pigs.

Chicken Liver Toast, $6. Looks questionable in the picture but omg this was divine. So rich and flavorful!

Beets and Greens, $8. We figured we needed to order at least one healthier dish. This was a little too salty though.

Chargrilled Burger with Roquefort Cheese and Shoestrings, $17. The roquefort cheese was strong and delicious, and the beef patties superb. The shoestring fries are sprinkled with rosemary and there are small pieces of thin garlic chips scattered amongst the fries. Mmm...
