Hong Kong: Stinky Tofu at Wu Kong

I LOVE 臭豆腐 (stinky tofu), and so far we've only found it served at Wu Kong in Hong Kong. Of course we ordered both the steamed and also fried versions. Usually the steamed kind is more stinky (the stinkier the better), but both were pretty smelly!

Fried stinky tofu. Usually I like the steamed kind more, but the fried one here was absolutely perfect.

Steamed stinky tofu. This was a tad too spicy for me, but still very good.

Raw crab. Mmm... Very fresh.
