Sang's brussel sprouts & strawberry tart... She used this Martha Stewart recipe.
Sang even made ice cubes with blueberries, strawberries, and bits of sugar. Went great with the tea!
Then Linda and Sang made the smoked salmon and cream cheese frittata with this recipe.
Ta da! Final product:
Linda brought the salad with potatoes & string beans. She made a healthy dressing using olive oil, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, anchovies, garlic, and thyme.
Dessert is always the best time of the meal...
Delicious food and great company... Doesn't get much better than that!
